PL: Jeżeli nie masz okazji dostarczyć deklaracji żadnemu z naszych przedstawicieli osobiście, możesz wysłać ją do naszej skrytki pocztowej.
EN: If you cannot deliver the declaration to one of our representatives in person, you can send it to the union PO BOX.

PL: Włóż deklarację do koperty. Deklaracja może być złożona dwukrotnie, aby zmieściła się do koperty C6.
EN: Put the declaration into an envelope. You can fold the declaration to fit it into a C6 envelope.

PL: Udaj się do wybranej placówki Poczty Polskiej i nadaj przesyłkę jako list zwykły (nie polecony). Dla skrócenia czasu dostarczenia zalecamy też priorytet.
